| Job Description |

Candidate is responsible for-
? Conducting reliving procedures.
? Implementing retention measures.
? Identifying the attrition level of the company.
? Maintaining all personal records of employees.
? Handling employee grievances.
? Conducting initial rounds of interview.
? Preparing monthly HR report.
? Maintaining statutory records & requirements.
? Attendance Management.
? All the statutory records & requirements.
? Maintaining leave records.
? Has to report directly to the director
? Has to be well versed with recruitment & planning, PMS, Labor laws, Performance appraisal sys etc.

| Candidate Profile |

? Qualification : MBA/ MSW/ PGDBM
? Should be able to sign a training agreement for 2 years
? Should possess good knowledge in HR.
? Good written & oral communication skills in English
? Should excel in MS Office.
? Fresher as well as people with 1 to 2 years experience persons may also apply
? Ability to work independently & take initiatives.
? Committed to the organization.
? Self motivated and hard working.
