| Job Description |

Key Result Area's
1) Collections and updation (MSL+SCL+MCC)
* Ensure Cash Customer Collections are updated in time
* Ensure Credit Customer Collections are updated in time
* Ensure proper SOP are adhered during colections.
2) Monitoring & Control of Freight Outstandings - MSL+SCL+MLOG
* Ensure proper monitoring of outstandings for all Credit Customers (Clean / Deferred / GKC and MLOG)
* Ensure proper monitoring of - Web Base Customer and Seaway Bs/l Customer
* Assist in Monitoring & Controlling receivables for MAA region
* Ensure proper SOP are followed on receivables (Credit Customers)
* Proper process, procedures & control for release of Bills of Lading are followed
* Followup & Process write-off for unrecoverable Freight
3) Monitoring & Clearing the Error Reports (MSL+SCL)
DIM Report - Chennai - Followup on Wrong Payats and ensure that all documentation errors are cleared.
Unapplied - Chennai - Assisting in Clearing the unapplied amounts within 5 days
Onaccount - Chennai - Assisting in Clearing the On Account amounts within 30 days
GCSS Pending Tray - Chennai - Ensure that all finance task are closed and cleared on daily basis
4) General Accounts - (MSL+SCL+MCC)
General Accounting - Bank Reco - Monitor & ensure that the unreconciled items are cleared on monthly basis.
Registration of Invoices and passing towards INDFINPAY for payments.
Monthly statement and tallying physical cash is done.
5) Litigation
Posting of Bounced Cheque Entries
File & attend the Court Cases
Prepare a File for each litigation case & update it on a regular basis
Provide a status report to Management on a Monthly basis |
