SCOPE Supervision: (Numbers of Direct: 2 subordinates reporting directly to the incumbent) Indirect: 1 JOB CONTENT 1. ROLE OBJECTIVE To manage the Store effectively and honestly. To ensure excellent customer service and maintain highest quality standards. To optimise sales to generate maximum revenues. 1. DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (D) For Daily (W) For weekly (O) Occasionally − CUSTOMERS − Maintaining and servicing customers diligently (D) − Guiding, helping customers (D) − Converting walk-ins to customers (D) − Maintaining customer relationships (D) − STORE − Maintain hygiene at Store (D) − Responsible for opening and closing of store (D) 2 − Keep inventory (W) − Optimize inventory levels (W) − Executing local store promos (D) − Liaison with Mall authorities (O) − Initiating local tie-ups (O) − Supervising kiln operations − Maintain quality standards − Negotiating skills
     
Candidate Profile :: FINANCIALS − Billing of sales (D) − Banking cash (D) − MIS − Analysis of sales patterns − Sales budgeting − 2. Age: 25 to 40 years 3. Education: Graduate 4. Computer Literate ? Word, Excel, Powerpoint 5. Experience: 2 ? 6 years 6. Working days : 6 days a week ? 10-12 hours a day 7. Personal Attributes − Pleasing & outgoing personality full of life & joie de vivre − Great sense of humour and ability to engage customers of all age groups − Good communication skills − Extrovert − Ability to handle pressure − Ability to deal with people from different segments of society − Firm but gentle − Highest levels of Integrity Salary Range: 1.5 to 2.4 lacs per annum
