Candidate should only be electrical degree or diploma holder. Exposure in maintenances of Mall or Hotels will be advantageous. Ensure that all the services provided i.e. M&E, Security, and House Keeping are running smoothly. Ensure effective material management. Checking of the tool inventory of mechanical & electrical (M&E) staff by monitoring regularly. Responsible for maintenances of all electro-mechanical equipments & fire fighting system. Helping technical team in trouble shooting. Ensuring periodic preventive maintenances of all equipments. Maintenances of Log books & other records. Responsible for all billing , training manpower , site administration & site profitability. |
