Graduates with Engineering(electro-mechanical) background to handle integrated enclaves.
Exposure to formation of owners association and managing residential complexes with more than 1000 apartments preferred.
Must have hands on exp taking care of facilities management [ purely into residential apartments,commercial] who can administer & foresee all the works in the apartments including plumbing,wiring,day to day facility management apart from handling a team or manpower of atleast 200 employees.
Retired officers from the defence background at the level of Colone or Lt. Colonel or equivalent rank with 2.5-5 years of similar experience is preferred. Retd from Armed services would be an advantage. Age 45- 53 years.
EXP - 2+ in the above said domain with defence background, age being in the range of 45 - 55 yrs.
QUALIFICATION - Graduates with Engineering(electro-mechanical) , BE, B.Tech,DME, DEE
CTC - Upto 5.50 LPA |
