Job Description :: q Accountabilities as applicable for a store ?incharge will apply for the stores managed directly q Dimensioning channel, number and formats. q Ensuring achievement of targets for the Hub & Spoke. q To provide requisite business directions / inputs to the team and channel q Franchisee and channel team training and engagement. q Ensure Customer Experience and thus contribute to Brand Value Growth. q Plan and execute market based activities to increase walk-in sales and improve customer awareness/ disposition. q Implement processes. q Define standards for business activities/processes and ensure team adheres to it q Engage the franchisee with various business inputs to grow the business and increase the profits q MIS reports on walk-in, sales, conversions, and resolution and CC metrics. Anlayse team MIS reports and give suitable guidance. q Management of franchisees and distributors.
