ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
-PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION OF MULTIPLE PROJECTS
-SKILLS TO HANDLE TEAMS FOR WEB AND DESKTOP APPLICATIONS
-TECHNICALLY SOUND WITH KNOWLEDGE IN
- Developing application modules in ASP.NET(VB.NET or C#.NET) and SQL Server.
-unit testing of modules developed.
-understanding the system to be developed and designing proper Database structure for it.
-Exp. in Taxation domain applications would be a plus familiar with all development phases such as requirements defination, prototyping and code definations.
-knowledge of IT deploymentand implemention steps
-knowledge of documentation required to deliver a software product.
-Demonstrated ability to write detailed design and test documents.
-Demonstrated time management and organisation skills
-Code review of code developed by team members.
-GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS |

-strong and effective team communication and problem solving skills and able to work under little or no supervision. candidate should understand and communicate in english.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE.
candidate should possess in depth knowledge of VB6, VB.net, ASP.NET (VB.NET OR C#.NET) VB.net is preferable.
SQL server 2000/2005
Hands on experience on crytal reports
Knowledge of Java script for client validation
knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedure, ETC
Knowledge of layered Architecture and Ajax.
